2018 South Texas County Judges and Commissioners Conference

There at two host hotels for this year’s conference.

The pre-registration fee for elected and other county officials is $225 and is due before May 25.  The regular registration after May 25 is $250.

The pre-registration fee for spouses and guests of registered officials is $30 and is due before May 25.  The regular registration after May 25 is $40.

Pending approval, commissioners may receive up to 12 hours of education credit, while judges may receive up to four hours of judicial education credit.

The South Texas Association is pleased to announce its scholarship program.  College scholarships will be awarded during the conference.  You can download the scholarship application forms by clicking here. Scholarship applications are to be received or postmarked by 5:00 p.m. on May 25, 2017.

Please bring a door prize of reasonable value (something you would be excited to win) with you to the conference. We will be giving door prizes away throughout the event.

Be sure to bring your spouse along – as always an excellent spouses program is in the works.

We encourage that you pre-register your spouse as spouse gifts will only be provided for those registered prior to arrival. The registration fee for guests will increase from $30 (pre-registered) to $40 (onsite spouse registration) on after May 25.  More details will be posted as they become available.
