Assigning and Redeeming Seats
Seat Assignments
- Click Add to Cart
- Click View Cart
- Increase the Quantity to how many people you want to assign the seats to
- Click Proceed to Checkout
- Under ‘I’m trying to buy seats for others’, select ‘Yes, I want to purchase this course for someone else.’ then click Next
- On the next page, you can either upload a .csv file, click the “Next” button to fill in a table, or leave the information blank and filling out attendee information after you complete the purchase.
- Upload a .csv file with contact information. Download the example file to create your spreadsheet using the same column titles and upload when you are ready.
- Click the “Next” button to fill in a table with attendee information. Add the First Name, Last Name, and Email of each person you want to assign the seats to by clicking the gray pencil icon on the right side of each space. For ease of use, click the pencil icon in the first cell, enter the name and tab to proceed to the next cell. Then click Next
- Click ‘I agree with the Terms of Use’, then Next
- Enter Payment Information and click Submit Payment
- When logged in on AgriLife Learn, click on the profile icon in the top right corner, then click Orders
- Click View Details on the bottom right corner of your order
- Under Seat Assignments, click the title of the course
- Under the section that states not yet redeemed, fill out First and Last Names and the Email address of the person you want to send the course to, then click Save
- They will receive an email from AgriLife Learn at agrilifelearn@ag.tamu.edu
Redeeming a Seat
- You will receive an email from AgriLife Learn at agrilifelearn@ag.tamu.edu
- Click the link your email that states “Redeem Seats”
- You will be taken to our website to login, then you will see all the seats you have been assigned
- Next to the seat you want to redeem, click the checkbox then click “Redeem Seats”
- Once you click “Redeem Seats,” your status will show “Redeemed”
- Under the “Product D2L Course” section, click the link to your course and you will be taken to your homepage to begin
View the Status of your Seat Assignments
- Click ‘View My Order’ on your order confirmation page, or click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner and select Seat Assignments
- Under the section Seat Assignments, click View All in the bottom right-hand corner of the section
- Your seat assignments will be shown
I need to make edits to who I assigned the seats to
You can edit any seat assignments if they have not been redeemed. Once a user clicks the link in their email to redeem their seats, you will no longer be able to edit the seat assignment information.
- Locate the section that says not yet redeemed
- Edit the First Name, Last Name, or Email of each person you want to assign the seats to by clicking the gray pencil icon on the right side of each space, then click Save
- A new email will be sent out to the new edited user, and the first email will be voided
If there is a section that says redeemed, you are no longer able to modify that user’s information. If the seat has been redeemed and should not have been, please contact our Help Desk at learnonline@ag.tamu.edu with your order number, reason for reassignment, email address(s) of the user who does not need to be enrolled and the email address(es) of the user who does need to be enrolled.
Invoice Process
To do an invoiced order, please follow the steps below:
- Locate the course you want to purchase and click Add to Cart
- Click View Cart, then Proceed to Checkout
- Select the Purchase Order option (you do not need to enter a PO Number), then Submit Payment
- Under the Payment Details and Seat Assignment sections, click the link next to W-9 Form on the right, or click the link in your email to access the W-9 Form
- You will receive an order update within 5 working days of receipt of your completed W-9
