The Institute recommends handouts from all speakers. Participants value written material such as forms, example documents and descriptive narratives. To ensure your handout is in the seminar packet, e-mail it to the Institute at vgyi@ag.tamu.edu no later than 14 days prior to the conference. The Institute asks all audio/video presentations be sent to the Institute two weeks prior to the conference, to load onto the Institute equipment in advance. Time is needed to download and test your presentation. To ensure the reliability of your presentation, we recommend you bring a copy of your presentation on a memory stick as well. If there are any changes to your presentation after it has been sent, please notify the Institute immediately.
By granting permission to the V.G. Young Institute I agree to share my presentation with those who request it and to allow its posting on the VGYI website. I confirm that my presentation is an original work and give VGYI permission to copy and distribute my presentation and handouts in VGYI's discretion, including through the VGYI website. * Please note, if permission is not granted, an email link to the presenter will be placed on the V.G. Young Institute website instead.
If you require hotel accommodations, the Institute can make reservations for you at the host hotel. All rooms are nonsmoking.
