The Institute asks all audio/video presentations be sent to the Institute two weeks prior to the conference, to load onto the Institute equipment in advance. Time is needed to download and test your presentation. To ensure the reliability of your presentation, we recommend you bring a copy of your presentation on a memory stick as well. If there are any changes to your presentation after it has been sent, please notify the Institute immediately.
